- Next.js (App Router) on Vercel.
- TypeScript strict, MDX for editorial content about pousadas, beaches, and activities.
- Supabase + Postgres with Row-Level Security for multi-tenant booking data — each operator sees only their own inventory and reservations.
- Mercado Pago for deposit-based bookings with Pix as the primary payment rail (Brazilian instant payments).
- Bilingual (English / Brazilian Portuguese) so international travelers and Brazilian visitors share the same marketplace.
- Deposit-based booking model — operators get a confirmed reservation without taking full payment upfront.
